This is the IRC client I wrote for use in Twitch Plays X. Written for FreePascal but I'm fairly sure it'll work in Delphi as well. I was pretty surprised there's no Pascal IRC client out there considering I think those two technologies reached their climax in popularity around the same time. Some day I'll probably come back and fix this up since there's really not much more to do except make it crossplatform.
