	This is the '''IRC''' client I ~~created~~ for use in [[Twitch Plays X]]. Written for FreePascal but I'm fairly sure it'll work in Delphi as well. I was pretty surprised there's no Pascal IRC client out there considering I think those two technologies reached their climax in popularity around the same time.
